1. Data Collection & Purpose

• Location Data: We access your GPS coordinates only when you grant permission to show nearby listings and calculate Waze driving distances. Location data is never sold or shared with third parties.
• User Listings & Photos: When you publish a listing, the photos, title, price, and contact numbers (Phone / WhatsApp) you provide are displayed publicly on the interactive map so potential buyers can contact you directly.
• Contact Information: Phone numbers are used solely for buyer-to-seller communication and SMS OTP authentication.

2. User-Generated Content & Zero Tolerance Policy

AISpeedBuy strictly enforces a zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content, scams, hate speech, or illegal merchandise. Users can report any listing using the in-app "🚨 Report Listing" button. Reported content is reviewed and removed within 24 hours.

3. Account & Data Deletion (Google Play Compliance)

You have full control over your data. You can delete your account, listings, and all associated personal data directly within the AISpeedBuy app by navigating to Profile → Dzēst Kontu & Datus (Delete Account). Alternatively, you may email partner@aispeedbuy.com with the subject "Delete My Data" for immediate permanent erasure.
